Standard Philips 4300K D2S/ D2R HID bulbs

These HID bulbs were made in Germany and these are the bulbs installed OE in many HID headlamps today.  They come with standard 4300K color temperature only and these are the only legal HID bulbs color temperature under DOT/ECE regulations.  The life expectancy of these HID bulbs is rated 3,000 hours which is equal to 5 plus years of actual driving time.

These Denso ballast is one of the smallest ballasts with integrated ignitor used mostly in LEXUS and TOYOTA vehicles.  The dimension of the ballast is 12.5cm X 8cm X 2cm.

These HID components are of Factory replacement OEM parts!!!

The HID kit has been designed to be purely Plug-N-Play to make sure you don't need to modify anything at all to install the HID kit. Moreover, the wiring harness included with the HID Kit will plug directly into your stock headlight harness with no wire tapping, or cutting. Or any special tools needed either.

The installation involves only 3 steps:
1st switch out the stock halogen bulb, replace with the HID bulb.
2nd Connect your stock plugs to the connectors from the ballasts.
3rd Connect the sockets of the ballasts to the HID bulbs.

What is the difference between D2R and D2S?
  • D2S bulbs are designed for projector headlamps.
  • D2R bulbs are designed for reflector headlamps.

    Please remember to specify the following in your payment:
  • the bulb size (9006, H4, H7 or standard Philips bulbs).
  • the bulb type (D2R or D2S).
  • the make, year and the model of your vehicle.

    • NOTE: Ballasts were slightly scratched due to the shipping, but not dents.  We guarantee the scratches do not affect the performance of the ballasts!!
